Born and raised in Buffalo, NY and a graduate of SUNY Buffalo, Milt spent 25 years in mid and high level corporate management before becoming licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 1989. Milt worked as an agent for several years before obtaining his New York State Real Estate Broker's License and founding Steiger Realty in 1996. Milt has extensive experience with all of the types of property to be found in our local market; not only residential dwellings, but commercial, land and farms as well. As a Realtor, landlord, former livestock and grape farmer for over 37 years, he has an intimate knowledge of what it actually takes to run (and sell), a farm, rental, commercial, residential and country property. Having grown up in a family of general contractors, he is well versed in a variety of building techniques and general construction knowledge. Milt and his wife Linda have two sons and have lived in Forestville, NY for more than 45 years.
